Welcome to Texagon Brewing Company, proudly rooted on the edge of Montrose in Houston, Texas. Founded by locals Simon and Rebekah in 2023, our microbrewery is dedicated to crafting high-quality beers that celebrate the art of homegrown brewing. What began as a passion project has evolved into a craft beer odyssey. Within the embrace of the Lone Star State, the geometric wonder behind our name, every Texagon batch is brewed for the love of beer. Meet Simon and Rebekah, the dynamic duo behind Texagon Brewing— they're not just brewers; they're also bee-keeping mycologists! Thanks to our lengthy Gulf Coast blooming season, they sometimes infuse their brews with honey harvested right from their hives, adding an extra buzz of golden goodness. But wait, there’s more! Their sustainable practices extend beyond the beehive. Texagon’s spent brewing grains are used to cultivate gourmet mushrooms- a pretty tasty and fun-gi way to reduce waste!
